Panic Alerts - never feel alone again at an open house, on showings, meeting potential new clients. Our panic alert system will contact your brokerage and a trusted contact if something feels uncomfortable. With discreet activation, you're in complete control.

GeoFencing - showings can be geofenced so we your team will know if you have left the area unexpectedly and without explanation. When a geofence is tripped, KeySafe will track your location until confirming you are ok. Geofences can be toggled on and off at the users discretion.

Timer Alert - if you have a showing from 2 pm - 4 pm, our timer will check on you at 4 pm to make sure you're ok. With a notification that must be acknowledged, if it's ignored automatic tracking and panic alerts will send.

Database - you and your brokerage or team have the ability to maintain a searchable database of any client experiences that made you feel uneasy. Helping protect other agents.

Background Checks - in Canada, all publicly available records can be checked automatically, and for more in depth checks, clients can be sent an invitation to provide their identification and waiver for a deeper check of criminality.

Full Control. You have the ability to add or remove anyone from your brokerage/team, receive notifications of any panic alerts triggered, search the team database for bad experiences, and show your realtors that you are serious about their well-being.
